How to use
1.Clean the base surface
Rust removal and rust fixation are performed on the base surface to ensure a better integration of the protective film and the base layer.
1. Rust removal and rust fixation:Clean the base surface until it is clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, and other loose materials.lf rust is present on the base surface, spray a special base treatment agent and remove the rusted areas. Repair any rusted areas.
2. Clean the gutters to ensure smooth drainage. lf rust damage is severe, replace the entire roof.
3. Correct or replace severely deformed metal tiles.
2.Node reinforcement
Strengthen weak points to provide additional protection for detailed joints.
Reinforcement was applied to detailed joints such as the ridge flashing, tile joints, eaves, gutters,fan bases, and skylights.
3.Large area paving
Large-surface installation is simple.blending seamlessly with the base surface to create a continuous seal.
1.Apply the tiles parallel to the ridge(eaves) from low to high.
2.The film can be removed while installing the tiles. The protective film should adhere tightly to the base surface.
3.Overlap joints should follow the direction of water flow, with a minimum overlap width of 30mm.
