Description
Semi-conductive tape is a highly conformable, semi-conductive tape that maintains stable conductivity when stretched. The tape is compatible with most solid dielectric cable insulation and conductors, providing excellent shielding, especially for joint protection of solid insulated power cables.
This product is a non-vulcanized tape with excellent storage stability and stable conductivity over a wide temperature range. Its high ductility allows it to easily conform to irregular shapes to ensure a tight wrap. With an EPDM backing, the tape can effectively homogenize the electric field distribution at high-voltage connections and bond tightly to the insulation material, significantly reducing local electrical stress. With an operating temperature of up to 90°C (194°F), it is an excellent choice for cable maintenance and power shielding applications.

How to use
When using, first peel off the isolation film, stretch the tape by 200% to 300%, and wrap it continuously with half overlap until the required thickness is reached (be sure to wrap it with half overlap to ensure that the tape is evenly wound).
